I realy like Peckerwood's flow, but because it's in Paleto bay, I'm afraid the issue with the firehydrants and the 20-30fps I got on Cluck'in would strike again. (I changed a lot of settings, but I haven't raced the area with 20+ players since) So it would be nice if I could test it with more people, before I get in for reserving for somebody.

2016 Grotti F1 Monaco Racing IncidentInvestigation involving cars #99 Madderose and #13 _ShediM_ for violating against the following rules:
1. uncautious re-entering of the track after an accident or mistake 2. driver makes contact on the side with the car infront causing them to crash. If the position is NOT given back then this will result in a 20 second stop and go penalty or an addition to their overall time Race-Marshalls: endersai, bladecruiser, CHILLIVideo Proof: The investigation resulted in 2 possible penalties to be voted for by each of the marshalls: 1. 20s addition to the overall laptime - This is what the rules suggest for a violation of this kind, it considers the violation agains Grotti F1 and Nodo-Guidelines by NOT waiting for a crashed car 2. 5 place grid penalty for the next race - This would be an addition to the rules considering the fact that car #13 finished infront of car #99 by the end of the race and that car #99 already lost first place due to the incident The vote of the marshalls was in favor of penalty No. 1 by 2 vs 1 votes Result of investigation:Car #99 receives a 20s addition to the overall laptime for the final result of Monaco resulting in a new final position of place 6th instead of 4th place granting 8 instead of 12 points. Official Result of Monaco Grand Prix
Personal thoughts on the incident:
The penalty against Madderose might seem very harsh, but when you look at it closely Madderose is clearly at fault. I´d like to quote some of the discussion of the marshalls:
"Just keep in mind, I don't feel that this is a punishment for having the accident, it's for the reaction to it after the fact. If Madderose had waited until xShedim was clearly ahead of him around the next turn and on the next straight, none of this would be an issue."
"The unsafe track re-entry and the following failure to yield the position back to xShedim which spiraled into a battle that shouldn't have happened were really the only parts of this that I would say merit a punishment. The rules are clear on what the penalty should be for both unsafe track re-entry and for failure to yield position after an incident - discretionary penalty of a 5s/10s/20s stop-go and/or final standings 10s/20s/30s time addition for the unsafe track re-entry, and 20s stop-go and/or final standings time addition for the failure to yield after causing an incident.
There is also a handy, all encompassing catch-all statement at the end that covers this exactly. None of those asked disagree that a penalty needs to be handed out, so I would suggest just going with the example penalty mentioned - race investigation judges give a 20s final standings time adjustment if it's found to be in violation. It covers both of the penalties above, and while it seems harsh, keep in mind that a simple tap on the brakes down the straight could have prevented all of it."
"...xShedim is approaching the turn and cuts in, then gets bumped on the outside back edge of his car by Madderose causing xShedim to lose traction for a second, ruining his line through the turn and slowing him down significantly though not completely taken out, and then Madderose proceeds through the next turn and straight without yielding the position back even though its clear he knew he made contact (voice comment on the video by him apologizing as they go down the straight following the turns of the incident)"
I totally agree with these quotes. The penalty is very strict. But first of all we have to follow the rules no matter who the driver at fault is. Even if it is the current leader of a race. Also Madderose was well aware of the situation that he caused xShediM to go off the track and by that should have yielded the position. If we don´t follow this simple rule then the whole system of clean racing would collapse to be a bit dramatic xD.
