Well, what about him pushing me outside the tunnel to get position back on the same lap? Look in my POV at youtu.be/vRlyTuYTt1E?t=1h6m6s. It's clear I made contact, but it also clear I was first in, and didn't crash. It's not a track reentry, at best a racing line reentry. What about I just switched fucking controller in panic to not crash. I was still in the turn, and first in it. It may be considered a strange racing line, but people going behind you should also be cautious when such failures happen. I shouldn't be punished to just have avoided an frontal accident with a fruit stand. It's a steering failure and should be put onto this. I apologized not because I thought I could have avoided the contact, but because shit happen. That's not how it happen in real life racing either. I realize people are pushing hard and will take any chance to win, but I really think this is not deserved, and that, + safety car + controller failure was already hard on me. Oh, yes, fuck me.

I understand your frustration. But we had a similiar situation last race when xShediM got a penalty. You have to accept that you made a mistake. You reentered the racingline after basically crashing due to your controller. You hit Shedi and still went infront of him. The overtake of xShedi was legit. I looked at it myself from Shedi his perspective and he goes for a gap that is clearly open. You just realise to late because you use the closest camera view. That way you don´t see that Shedi was so close to you. You can see that at his footage. As hard as it may seem in such situations everybody needs to follow the rules.

I don't agree, as he is clearly lagging, and pushed me with a small lag, and what about he just sped up at the end because of lag too ?! I was in front even when I'm going to take my corner. Anyway, I didn't crash, I was in the turn first, and I'll stick to this, it's clearly not taken into account I had a mechanical failure causing a bad turn, not a crash, and that people following me didn't react accordingly. Also, it's not giving any advantage to anyone except people who are not involved, I don't see the point of this investigation. Especially since nothing could have been changed in my perpsective, since it's not a careless reentry of the track. I agree it's grey, but I don't agree for the principle to the penalty. I won't even talk about shedim and stepa overspeed on every track, right? Fairness is not where one think it is...

We have taken all these things into account. You cannot know because you don´t have access to the investigation message. But we made sure to not miss anything. We voted for the two penalty options and it turned out the way it did. There is nothing else to say about it. For the overtake of xShediM. I always repeat myself here. You need two drivers who are aware of their surroundings to have a clean race. Shedi was clearly next to you on the approach of the tunnel. You could not see that because of your close camera. Still both drivers need to give the necessary space to each other. If a driver is not aware of their surroundings such things just happen. You are right that there might have been some lag involved. But not in a dimension that would call for a penalty. Let´s move on now!

I'm still in 3rd in case you didn't notice, so your "people are pushing hard and will take any chance to win" is invalid. It's not my fault that your controller died, whether it was the battery or the controller itself. If it was the battery, then you can blame only yourself for not checking its status before attending a 1hour+ race. Also, people behind you cannot foresee everything, to me it looked like DC because you went straight into the wall. Then, suddenly, decided to rejoin the track after completely missing that turn which looked like DC, as I said earlier. I couldn't do shit at that moment, I was right in the middle of the turn already, following Arken. Stop blabbering about me, lagging, you know it's not true, watch Darn's footage, he was following me for quite some time, tell me when you spot any teleport or anything lag-related. Ask Ovivo, we had some very close battles, bumped him once, he didn't spin as far as I remember. Also Darn bumped me once, after leaving the pits, I didn't spin either, he was okay, too. Safety car was for everyone on the grid, not only for you and its purpose was to clear the track, not destroy your race. "Mechanical failures" can happen to people but it's up to them to not ruin somebody else's race. I would've been absolutely fine with it if not for the fact that you've regained your control before hitting that booth and could've done something to avoid crossing my line. Be mad at me if you want, I was mad with my penalty as well but it was clearly my mistake. I was really hesitant about posting that report, I was well aware of the drama that could ensue from it. It wasn't my decision about the penalty, I just wanted to point out, draw someone's attention to what happened. Sorry, but that felt very unfair to me.

Madderose I was the 1 steward who voted for a 5 place grid penalty, the dissenting opinion. I bring this up so you know I was in favour of a lesser penalty, and so you remember that when I say - best thing to do is, when a decision like this is made, is accept it and move on. Whilst we disagreed on the quantum of punishment the view from all three was that the actions we saw from car #99 were a violation of the rules of the event and Crew.
ovivoJR sought input from 3 independent judges, none of whom are competing in the event and therefore have no clear benefit or gain from anything but an objective result. Accordingly we would consider the outcome to be the fairest possible outcome given the disruption to car #13.
I agree with you that the loss of points from 25 to 12 was already difficult on you, but we cannot give Shedi the points he might have received - 18pts for at least a 2nd place - had the incident not occurred. Please bear this in mind; he is still disadvantaged regardless of what penalty is applied to you. And his disadvantage was not caused by his own actions.
So, as I said - accept it, move on, and come back stronger next race. You were in first position at Monaco, n'est ce-pas? Nothing will make people forget a penalty than coming back to victory in the next race. Don't let this affect you, just learn from it and kick some arse next time.

2016 Grotti F1 World ChampionshipWhat is the secret? After announcing a big change for the CNT Racing team yesterday ovivoJR host of the Grotti F1 is still maintaining silent about what the change could be. Some insiders to the event have talked to us about the reveal. arken said:" I am not quite sure what the change will be. But I think if might have something to do with fab. ICEMAN!". Others quoted that CNT driver @pezby, by far the oldest driver in the grid, needs to get new dentures and will leave the CNT team. doompenguin even thinks that Scuderia Grotti found a sliphole in the rules to drive a T20 instead of a Turismo. We are all excited to hear the news from ovivoJR. But to clearly know what will come we have to wait for his announcment. - CLOUD Sports-
