I used one to buy a liberator before they ran out.Does that make me a b*stard? And I don't drive a chrome Adder.

A glitch.I don't mind if you don't like them but you have to realise that loads of people are gonna end up using them.Think of all the overpriced things in this game that most people wouldn't get to use if they didn't do these glitches. Most of the pegasus vehicles are really expensive and so are a lot of other things.Suits, masks and some car mods are really overpriced too.And it's pretty hard to get money unless you farm missions. If I race for about an hour and a half I only make 70-80k.

I appreciate how hard it is for people to get money and that people will end up using glitches. My rant was aimed at the people who do money lobbies with the new mod menu.

Do you feel the same about shark cards @jmar17 ? It is not different from money lobbies. Rockstar is not getting the money but it affects the game experience in the same way. Others getting the same game experience as you, even if it is not "earned" does not diminish your personal enjoyment.Chill down, let it slip. I have never been in a money lobby. My problem with money lobbies is that it destroys the business plan of rockstar which may lead to less updates. Rockstar overpriced everything to force us to buy shark cards. Not related: Take a look at GTA 4 mods. Many mods have made the game better.

I agree with everything picupardo said. I personally believe R* has missions priced correctly and they wanted people to actually work and earn their money to be able to buy the expensive items in game. The way I see it is that R* did not expect a lot of players to have as much money as they did very early on in the games life and had to adjust the prices and payouts accordingly. My character has two 10 car garages (no flat, because whats the point in them at all?) and the second one isn't even full yet. It takes time to save up the money to get the better cars in game. Yes, stuff is a bit too overpriced even more so in the recent updates (Rhapsody for 140k!) but that doesn't mean you have to glitch/mod/hack/cheat to get there. I still don't own a Zentorno (a car that is OP in it's class for racing) because I simply can't afford it. I saved up fair and square for my Entity and that is the only supercar I own. I didn't buy the Liberator cos that was 700k for a monster truck I would never bother driving after the week it came out. I don't own a tank, chopper, plane or any of that stuff because A) I don't really care about them & B) They're expensive as fuck! The vast majority of players on here are not in the same mindset as most of us in this crew. I can't speak for everyone but I could guess that 95% of the crew members active on this forum don't condone glitching/hacking/modding/cheating etc. From what I have seen so far and who I've interacted with here, there are a lot of late teens to late 20's who are generally much maturer than the "average" GTA player. Even though the game is an 18 rating, there are a ton of 10 year old little shits that ruin the game for those that are legally old enough to buy and play the game! They simply should not be in the game, therefore the only logical response is to ban them and their consoles. It's as simple as that. Sorry if this offends anyone in the crew, unless you are one of the "10 year old little shits that ruin the game"

Don't get me wrong.I don't condone money lobbies or glitches. Pundip Rockstar is a company. The whole online game has only one purpose, make you buy shark cards.

Trust me there are a lot of idiots. Look at the freemium model on mobile. What I hate about the freemium model is if you had your credit card details saved on your phone and a young child is playing Angry Birds or whatever the child could accidentally buy hundreds of pounds worth of something in game. The freemium model is a good idea but it needs to be changed a lot.

I have dropped $20 bucks on it occasionally. It is cheaper than going out for an evening occasionally. Usually I only do it if there is something in a dlc I want. It had happened all of 2 times. I grind the shit out if rooftop rumble a lot.

Don't get me wrong.I don't condone money lobbies or glitches. Pundip Rockstar is a company. The whole online game has only one purpose, make you buy shark cards. One question about that: Who is brainless enough to buy shark cards? I don´t know anyone who would spend real money on getting a new car in GTA...I think the whole shark card discussion is overhyped..rockstar makes tons and tons of money selling GTA-Games...I guess the money they make selling shark cards in relation to that isn´t more than 1-3%... Rockstar seems to be more interested in keeping up the motivation of players to play gta online long enough so that they "move" to next gen...So they sell their game in two waves...at first for old gen...bringing out lot´s of DLCs to make people play...waiting for Heists...and later on next gen...people buy a second copy of the game...Rockstar makes tons of money again... I don´t think it´s a coincidence that GTA 5 comes out like one month before Playstation 4 comes out...it´s about selling the game "two times"...shark cards are a smal benefit in comparison to that.. I was only quoting picupardo, not meant to offend shark cash card buyers. Microtransactions are not that much different from paid dlcs.
