I'll upload some pics for you later. i was thinking maybe there matte white and black pre-livery colors? witch is coincidentally what we are racing in my event right now because i set my car to it so me and my team mate could fine a color to race in but he liked the white and black matte so thats what we have for the race but it dosent look bad tbh it would also allow the driver to have the secondary color of the massacro racecar any color he wants as to simulate real life with a different color for each car a team runs so they can tell the cars apart easily seen in this picture all the cars have a different color stripe across the top of the front window 
I would go light blue and orange (though it's really Gulf Oil Aston Martin Racing...) and use neons for the different cars.
Or go British Racing Green main, personalised colours secondary.

Yes. The R*SC crew logo for the Dewbauchee crew needs improvement, so this image would do the trick.

Hey guys, I'm thinking of signing up for the PS4 F1 on the 4th of March with a friend of mine (we just recently joined the crew), and my mate is thinking of making a team to get verified as he's the owner of our old crew, but we're not sure we can get that done before all the spots are taken. This team isn't being represented in the race yet and I was hoping we could represent the team and sign up?
This is our first time signing up for any NoDo events and don't really know how it all works properly yet, so any advice on how to proceed as well would be greatly appreciated!
