The Sunday Cup returns!
The SAAF is pleased to announce the third edition of the Cup, the Vespucci Beach Cup, on the 21st of August at 6 PM UTC. What's new?
Cautious with brand new track technologies, our engineers kept a classic approach to transform the streets of Vespucci into a very clean and wide race track, only taking advantage of the new possibilities in speed regulation for the pit lane (rip speed bumps) and temporary bridge construction. Nothing less than that was acceptable to allow our two featured machines, the Jester Racecar and the Massacro Racecar, to unleash their full potential. Following the loss of our second race official, cloudmcshort, the Federation made the decision of replacing the mandatory pit stops by mandatory drives through the pits. Drivers will have to call them out using their TS transponder.  Can @novesori hold his all-time champion title? Will fab. ICEMAN , Madderose or st0cking dethrone him? Fab, I noted you're signing up as a reserve but I'll keep you in the main drivers list for now since you won the last Cup (and you're so dear to my heart, ja?). Jeffrey, I wrote your name down in the reserve list, but that doesn't mean you'll be left aside if we're full on the 21st. A very neat loophole in the rules allows me to add more spots and that's probably what I'll do. Be there if you can and we'll see.
