COMPLETED Multi-Class Endurance Championship - Season One

Well it was a good race, and everyone put up some good times. I'm just disappointed I DCd halfway in from 3rd place. I'm confident I had 3rd place reasonably held down, and if I pushed I may have even caught up, but that's a rather slim chance.

Good race, hope to see you guys next week and there won't be so many DCs. It just sucks I let Trowa down.

Anyway, I'm still glad to be a part of this, even just at the very end, and I'm proud of the performance I put up in the race. All that practice and all of Trowa's tips may not have paid off in terms of race placement, but I'm certainly a better racer than I was a week ago.

Possible I suppose, but I've hosted the last few weeks without any real issues. Couple of the guys have decent connections now though so we can always get someone else to host next week.

Trowa, did you have issues with GT1 cars again this week?

I had the same problem, no you didn't blow me up, you were lagging really bad though.

So here's my take on that race:
That was hands down, the most god awful opening lap to a race I have ever witnessed in this game (and that includes racing randoms). 
tylerdurdin4 Thanks for waiting after our collision at turn 3 (try waiting off the racing line next time though).
Doodle What happened to you on the opening lap at the hairpin before the back straight? Correct me if I'm wrong but, it looked like you missed a checkpoint and then drove back across the racing line to get it which is a big no no.
LancerEvoWRC That was a great battle we had going on for several laps! It's a shame you crashed out towards the end because you were positioning your car perfectly when defending. Props for that!
Lupacia💕 Were you running with a damaged car for the second half of the race? Because twice I got the gap down from 40 to 10 seconds on you. I just couldn't quite get close enough the fight before something would happen and set me back.
Broughy1322 I think it was around lap 10, right in the middle of my battle with lancer I almost hit you when you were coming out of the tunnel. If I did then I am very sorry and will take any penalties that apply. I had complete tunnel vision focusing on fighting for position I completely forgot where I was on the track until you flashed right past me. So again, sorry if I did hit you on your screen.
And finally ChrisDE22. In hindsight, our collision could have been completely avoided so I will hold my hands up and take the blame for that 100%. But even though you had lapped me (yeah yeah, a GT1 driver lapped another GT1 driver ) I was well within my rights to unlap myself, just like in real motosport. I would've liked some courtesy from a fellow clean racer after the incident though, but instead you just drove off without waiting. You were miles ahead of 2nd place anyway, so what difference is 5 seconds to show a bit of respect to another driver going to make?
Props to all GT2 drivers for making it easy to lap. All of you either clearly moved off the racing line to let me through or simply held ground making it simple to predict what would happen next.

One final note to add. Did anyone else have issues with their Dominator going over curbs? Even with an undamaged car, I could not go over curbs without being flung off to the side. The best example I can give is on the exit of the chicane. Normally you can run wide and up onto the curb on the outside with no problem, (even my Turismo can do that) but instead I was being bounced over to the other side of the track. I have never had this problem before (even during my practice laps), so it'd be interesting to know if anyone else had this issue.

Apparently a lot people are having Dominator curb problems.

Twilicane It seems similar to the Turismo glitch in that it would only affect a few people. I discovered that you would have to go over a curb almost head on to get up it. Forced me to drastically change my lines and slow down e.g. The chicane exit, is a lot slower when you can't run wide and carry your speed into the next corner. 
Doodle that sounds like one big calamity. Maybe your character wanted to end it all and jump out I front of speeding cars? Haha 

Yea I had the same problem with curbs wrecking my car so I had to change my lines. It was a bad start for me but I don't feel too bad as I am new and was a last minute replacement. I had a lot of fun actually. I couldnt get through traffic very well and got taken out out of tunnel but it's all good. I had like a crappy 152 pace but the reason I didn't finish was cause of the trouble I got into early. I'll make sure to get out of lines when waiting next time pundip.
