DMCA notices would require a copyright infringement to have occurred. A term and condition of the use of Grand Theft Auto Online, to which you and each user gave expressed consent before playing, requires you surrender any intellectual property rights (of which copyright is a subset) to the Licensor, i.e. Rockstar Games: "USER CREATED CONTENT: The Software may allow you to create content, including, but not limited to, a gameplay map, scenario, screenshot, car design, item, or video of your game play. In exchange for use of the Software, and to the extent that your contributions through use of the Software give rise to any copyright interest, you hereby grant Licensor an exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, fully transferable, and sub-licensable worldwide right and license to use your contributions in any way and for any purpose in connection with the Software and related goods and services, including, but not limited to, the rights to reproduce, copy, adapt, modify, perform, display, publish, broadcast, transmit, or otherwise communicate to the public by any means whether now known or unknown and distribute your contributions without any further notice or compensation to you of any kind for the whole duration of protection granted to intellectual property rights by applicable laws and international conventions. You hereby waive and agree never to assert any moral rights of paternity, publication, reputation, or attribution with respect to Licensor’s and other players’ use and enjoyment of such assets in connection with the Software and related goods and services under applicable law. This license grant to Licensor, and terms above regarding any applicable moral rights, will survive any termination of this Agreement. " www.rockstargames.com/eulaMotion: denied!

quick question
If you reserve in a race in this season, which would be your first ever SATC race, would you be considered a veteran or a rookie when you are a full time driver next season?

I made my claim through the Youtube Copyright Claim system where the law doesn't matter and reality is just a suggestion.

I'd say we use Grim's version of Parsons Loop. Makes the jump turn a lot easier for those who are struggeling with it.

endersai , how will white cards be handled if a driver doesn't utilize them during the season? They'll get a shiny card with extra stats that they can show off with.

I believe the OP says the highest and lowest scores will be eliminated. (assuming white cards are the things used to drop scores) not sure what happens if you have only used one. (high score id guess)

Now that the dropping scores topic is here, i noticed that it's a bit confusing to me because only top12 score anyways. So i guess it'll only be those who score every races anyways that have to watch out what points they drop.. because once you don't score 2 times, you'd obviously use your cards on that immediatelly since its 0 points anyways. Not complaining but it made more sense for everyone in lemans since every position scored points there. I guess this will only be important for the championship contenders in case they miss a raceday.
