Another ATV topic but I only learned of these guys recently.
I'm thinking of going for a new ATV in the fall and by the way things sounds on the listings these bikes seem promising. Comes in single seater and 2 seater formats, has a crap ton of features including winch, horn, anti-theft, dif-locking 4WD, and just ons of stuff, to much to really remember. Has factory 1 year warranty that's extendable to 5 years, claims they'll help with bad or no credit cases and payments are low (a new Grizzy being $70 bi-weekly, these guys are $40.)
Going on Google though they say CF Moto is another company that was based in China which worries me. So I'm curious if anyone has personal experience with one.
If they are indeed a China bike they seem to be on the high end of the scale. I remember when Canadian Tire used to sell the Baja Wilderness ATV's. You had 90 days (a mere 3 months) to return it and if the thing broke down, fuck you, basically. With a 90 day warranty that was a pretty clear sign right there the ATV's was crap and the store just wanted to pawn them off to any sucker that would buy them. So these guys willing to give up to a 5 year warranty, certainly a good sign these guys has more confidence in their bike. But I'm still not sure.
I would like to get a trusted American name like Honda or Yamaha, though my financial situation isn't that great so those brands might be out of the question.

Excuse me for being late to the topic, but I used to sell these, actually. I worked at a repair shop that became a CF Moto dealer.

I have the most experience with the scooters and bikes. They have some very specific intricacies. Honda clone motors in all of them as they bought the tooling and design of an old Honda motor, meaning it's essentially an old Honda motor, so while it isn't as powerful as modern Hondas, they're pretty reliable units.
CFMoto Fashion 250 scooter has a terrible name, but is essentially a rebadged Honda Helix, as CFMoto built them for Honda. Very comfortable and quite nice for a scooter. The 150cc scooters are fantastic. Cheap, very fuel efficient, plenty of power. Quality is good. The 250cc automatic motorbikes are pretty solid for what they are, but have some quality issues. Nothing too severe, except the radio will almost certainly never work properly. With clutch, flywheel, and exhaust mods, they can really be quite peppy.
Were you looking at a specific model?

I was looking at the 2016 CFMoto CForce ATV's as a possible backup if finance issues was to prevent me from getting a more well established name like Honda or Yamaha. But at the same time, I don't want to take a $8000 gamble either. That's why I'm trying to get some info on if CFMoto are to be trusted or not. These are the bikes. www.nlclassifieds.com/Rugged-Terrain-2016-CFMOTO-CFORCE-400-HO-NON-EPS-Marystown-Newfoundland-NLCId1997128

Sadly, I don;t know much about them. I heard they were good, but our dealership had issues getting them as they were continuously out of stock. For what it's worth, a used name brand ATV might be a better bet as it'll be cheaper and easier to get parts for. Not saying the CFMoto ATVs were bad, as I said, they were always running out of stock and I never heard anything bad about them, but when it comes to buying equipment like that, parts availability is important. Not saying it'll fall apart, but everything breaks eventually. Granted, you could probably get parts off the internet fairly easily, as with anything.

My main issue, looking at that listing, is that a coworker of mine recently got a Yamaha 650 ATV for US$2,500 so there are deals out there.
