I think having a barrier on the inside of a corner is really important so I know exactly where the limit is even if my brain is busy with something else. Careful, you are triggering Bezerka3 Triggered

2 out of 3 boosts didn't worked out for me. (The one I used to screw up Sugar_Free_Nos was the only one it worked as I planned), mostly it was my fault. An interesting system, I'd like to experiance a bit more with it, before it gets implemented in an event. I don't know how KlodenTech pits would work with the boost, I'm not sure. (We don't have pitbays, so how are we going to stop people farming those inside the pits?) KlodenTech™ Pit Lane Speed Control Technology gives the track creator complete control over how fast or slow a pit stop is - from a 6 second time loss up to 12 seconds or more, all depending on how many props are dedicated to the pit lane. This allows "Kers Recharge Tokens" to be placed along side the repair tokens without giving an incentive to dive into the pits every lap.

I had the feel on ssgp in the satcc that for example the comet got much slower. Maybe it has something to do with the weight of a car.

But you still can use it inside, and grab new ones, so the car behind you don't get any... Just place the boost tokens at the very end of the pits then. Or have a rule in the event or during the race that stops drivers from being able to use the boosts until they're clear of the pits. KlodenTech™ Pit Lane Speed Control Technology gives the track creator complete control over how fast or slow a pit stop is - from a 6 second time loss up to 12 seconds or more, all depending on how many props are dedicated to the pit lane. I had the feel on ssgp in the satcc that for example the comet got much slower. Maybe it has something to do with the weight of a car. Car weight and engine power do seem to have an effect on the strength of the initial speed reduction, which can be adjusted by adding more props to the first set of them as you dive into the pit lane. 4 is the default amount I use for mine, but 5 might be better if we look at Touring Cars as an example of widely varied car weights and engine powers. The V12 easily rams through 3 or 4 props, still getting slowed down, but nearly to the same speed as a Comet or 9F does due to the weight difference and raw engine power. Adding a second set of "speed reduction" props can then finish the job and make sure every car that passes through will get down to the desired slow speed.

This is getting really prop heavy, I hope this isn't going to effect the quality of the tracks. (Give us more prop please R*. Like unlock it, and limit it with the prop memory, which is never going to ge full, with 100+20...)

Like unlock it, and limit it with the prop memory, which is never going to ge full, with 100+20...) It's not really any worse than other pit lane styles if they're properly made. Make the pitlane up against a wall and you cut down the number of props. Use rotated floating platforms instead of tire walls to further cut down prop usage. Better prop placement around apexes and in problem areas also helps lower prop usage to get more "effective" props to use. In my pitlane example on the creator forums, I use 14 props to make a 7 second pit lane. I could cut that down to 11 props if I used a rotated floating platform instead of the tire walls. 11 props to make a fully functioning, simplistic pitlane is pretty damn low. Usually you'd have to spend a third or more of the prop limit to achieve results like that.

...Use rotated floating platforms... Here we go, the quality is dropped already.

...Use rotated floating platforms... Here we go, the quality is dropped already. Well, that's the price you pay for trying to save props for use in other places. I personally won't ever use those for the pitlanes, just because I'm not a fan of how they look, and will sacrifice some props to use tire walls, even though it basically doubles the amount of props I need over a given distance. It's a similar trade off for the rest of the track - do you prop for style and looks of the track, or for maximum prop efficiency. Most people go for pure efficiency, and their tracks look like butthole as a result, even though the route might be good. A mix of the two is best IMO, and can really take a track from good to excellent.

The merits of KlodenTech were clearly the important things here benimi and not if boosts were useful, provided we could make them undesirable to farm each lap...

The merits of KlodenTech were clearly the important things here benimi and not if boosts were useful, provided we could make them undesirable to farm each lap... This discussion may have inspired me to recreate BC24hr with a DRS recharge zone and new KlodenTech™ pitlanes, along with updated (less lmao) prop placement.

Crowex Masters Series - Circuit de la ArstheGood battles all along. Each car had its specific strenghts that made battles intense and satisfying. Sorry again to Oh_Darn for my stupidity that caused us to crash.
