1. Enter an Adversary Mode with your outfit set to the one you want (for Police Outfits, use Siege Mentality)
2. Open the interaction menu and begin spamming Visor up/down with the arrow keys (DPAD on consoles)
3. Continue for 30 seconds only spamming Visor up/down, then do nothing until you are kicked for being AFK.
4. Once you begin moving to a new menu, start spamming Enter (A on Console?) until you load back into freemode, and you should have the outfit on so you can go save it.
