okay so since i am unable to start up my pc i will most likely not be able to make it to the playlist, sorry. whenever i boot it i just get a black screen with the cursor. apparently something went wrong while installing gpu drivers. FriendlyBaron neutreN Is it first come first serve for the reserves? If so I wanna steal this spot  |

Sorry to anyone (probably everyone) i tilted during this event (especially last bonus race). Was a bit mad after 8 rather rage-inducing performances by me. Anyways, thanks for the event FriendlyBaron , it was great fun (at very few times for me), hope to see more of this in the future; maybe with the Schwarzer? Keepo |

Thanks for attending everyone! I am sorry about the disconnects to those who had the issue. I had Discord open, and I think that was causing issues - I will make sure it is off next time. Speaking of next time, here is a list of all the requested cars for this series I am considering: Schafter V12, Super Diamond, Futo, Buffalo S, Rapid GT, Stinger GT, Brawler, Warrener, Slamvan Custom, Lynx, Schwarzer, Comet, 811, Trophy Truck, DonkI have put up a poll of 4 cars, we'll use one of those next. Probably. Next time we will do 4 races of 30 minute length each instead of 8 races. This will make it more like a mini-championship, and more time to learn and makeup positions during the race. We will use my grid creator as well for even starting spots.
Now, onto the scores! You can see the full spreadsheet here.  doompenguin takes the Driver Championship, a fair amount of points ahead of everyone else, but 2nd - 7th were pretty close to each other!  doompenguin and slothedits take the Team Championship over Sarah and I ... by only ONE POINT. If only Sere hadn't DC'd for two races (she probably would have won the driver too). Good racing all around, see you next time! |

Can't really say I enjoyed this one that much, ended up either crashing or getting screwed in almost every race. Though I don't take this stuff too seriously, the overall amount got me after some time. 1.: the dock sections really got me and others by surpise, or me surprised by crashes in front of me. Car completely demolished, also one of those orange barrels on the long dock exit corner threw me off the bridge. Not that it mattered anymore at that point.
2.: Got hit in the back in the second corner, which caused me to spin out and wait for the entire field to pass by.
3.: No issues, that one went well.
4.: Don't remember anything, including where I finished, but I think it was okay.
5.: People right in front of me crashed in the same corner in two consecutive laps. No time to react.
6.: Slightly touching the inside barrier going two wide on the highway-reentry wrecked me like I ran face first into a concrete apex barrier.
7.: Last place after the crash before the first corner. Glad that I don't tend to throw the controller.
8.: Didn't even bother anymore. |
