Saw it a couple days ago. Really liked it. 9/10 for me. Just out of interest, what prevented it from getting that last mark out of 10? Mathew McConaugy

I thought it was excellent. I'm not an astrophysicist and can't speak to the validity of the time dilation exhibited in the movie, but overall I thought it was very well done.
I did kind of predict what would occur at the end a few minutes into the movie, though. But that's alright.

But I will say, I thought Hathaway's monologue on love was pretty cringey.

Finally saw it yesterday. Being the Nolanophile that I am, I loved the movie. Space, relativity, exploration, that's all up my alley too. I'd like to say that manly tears were shed during the scene when he replays the messages, but there ain't nothing manly about tears, I cried like a little bitch, thats it. Fortunately it was dark in the cinema. I consider that quite the achievement for the movie, since I'm something of an emotional rock. Only time will tell the quality of this movie. But right now it's wrestling in my mind with Dark Knight for Nolans best yet. But wait, there's more, and will be for years to come. This guy just always delivers pure quality. I love him.

Birdman, Interstellar and Gone Girl are all going to nominees for best picture with Interstellar or Gone Girl winning it.

Gone girl was good, but I will be pissed if it wins Best Picture. It's not at that level.
