Daleks it's been a while since I've seen Beeker's Garage in anything. LeStevsDrifts (@steev) you'll need to get back to us again on colors there's no sky blue.
Blackb3rt please be advised race two of this event may conflict with your event you've placed in event submissions--we got 5 minute qualifying followed by 45 minutes of racing but I can't guarantee it'll all get done in an hour. I suggest moving your event back a half hour to avoid any overlap.EDIT: Almost ready to publish a playable version of Pegasus Ring I just gotta do cleanup on the track. |

Kids get hyped about this event we're now just under three weeks out from the start of the first race! On edge about joining this event? Sign up as a reserve for sign up for the first race and see if you like it enough to sign up for the rest. Don't like ovals? Race 4 will be a circuit race featuring a well-designed yet infrequently used track from Swanie . Don't know how to oval? Don't turn right and you'll be just fine. Some notes for those of you also planning to hop in other events so that you don't overwhelm yourselves: -SAGTC drivers: Weeks 5, 6, and 8 of that event occur the day before races 1, 2, and 4 of this event respectively -The First-Person Racing Experience occurs the day before race 1 of this event -The Muscle Car Shootout occurs immediately following the conclusion of race 2 of this event To hold you over until I bug you guys next week here's a video of the last event we ran on the season-opening track. It should give you a good idea of what to expect when we race on it three weeks from now: |

Been at work, then i dabbled with modded servers and got too scared to try normal out of fear of a ban mixed with disappointment from gta racing not working :/ I didn't know how big my two best tracks had taken off  |

Just a heads up we will be using Arcadius Downtown Circuit Arcadius GP 2.0 in place of Arcadius GP--swanie still has the old Arcadius GP but I've decided his updated version will be better for the event. The OP and spreadsheet have both been updated to reflect this.

Sorry for double posting guys this is just another quick update: - Grumples_Plox (grimreaper977) will assume hosting duties for race 1 in the event that I run late/am unable to make the race--my schedule will be a bit tight for that week and I do not wish to move the start time back any further. -We're still in need of a pit watcher for this event. I'd greatly appreciate if someone were to step in and assume this role. -We're gonna do a SAGTC-style sticky start for Arcadius GP--one formation lap around the track then everyone lines up in their starting stalls and waits for a sticky to go off before racing. A rolling start at that track would be quite unfair to those towards the back and traditional sticky starts simply work well. The thread has been updated to reflect this. |
