I'm not sure about others but either hot pink or black. But we will have hot pink secondary and hot pink neons. The cars will be recognizable enough, I think.  If it's important I can ask them and then tell you. Just like this post if you want me to. After posting that comment I figured that indeed it doesn't really matter. So please don't bother  |

Alright so, Now that submissions are full, could everybody make their team complete with team colors? Alright, so I just got the message that I will not be able to be home at saturday evening December 17th.I told my parents beforehand that I had this event at this very date, but they forgot and planned my dad's birthday dinner at this moment.
I tried to maybe move the date or not go at all but both of them are not an option. I can't do anything about it. Out of ANY date they could've chosen they picked this one.
Not only am I very sorry for all of you, but personally I am really upset because I spent quite some time into this and was really looking forward to this event, which is my first.
So this leaves us with 2 options:
- Have someone else host
- change the date
For me changing the date would be the best thing, but I undersand that this is very selfish and I think having someone else host is the only viable option other than cancelling the event. But I still want to try.

Once again I am very sorry that it has to be this way. I'm quite frustrated actually. Maybe there is an off-chance that a lot of people are ok with changing the date, but I'm not expecting this.

Change the date please... I just started a new job alongside college and I'll be at work at that time on the 17th. In fact I'm at work every evening apart from sundays, so that's the only day I can do. If Sundays aren't feasible for you to host, then I'll have to be out, sorry.

Changing the race to sunday will cause me to drop out because of the F1 2016 races I have at sunday nights. So I say either change the host or friday.

I'd prefer Friday.
I also have something else I want to attend, which is either on that Saturday or that Sundays, I don't know yet, so moving to Friday would be best for me.
I'll let you know, when the date is set.

Okay so I have given the poll and the replies some time. I wanted to make sure that everybody had enough time to reply that's why I'm a bit late to the party here.
As most have probably guessed, I have made the decision to move the event to friday December 16th 7PM UTCOnly 12% (5) voted to have the event stay on Saturday which is way less than I expected. It would be silly to keep it on saturday, and to not choose the most voted alternative. So that's what I will do. friday it is. I would like to know from those who can't come friday or who would like to sign off for any other reason. If you have signed up and you can come friday as well, you dont have to do anything unless you are a reserve. Once again I am very sorry for it to turn out like this. Especially for those who signed up for saturday and can't come on friday. Even though I couldn't do much about it, I clearly understand that it is still my fault. I have already put zenvohh in grimreaper's spot. I have also read that Smithy can't join Friday. Is that still correct? |
