Yeah... You can probably sign me off this Craig. While I don't mind a little friendly banter on the track, I'm not interested in being in a league with people who start outright flamewars over a tyre choice and people expressing different opinions then their own.
There's quite a few participants here that over a 5 minute period today all managed to show me that they're clearly not people I would enjoy playing with, and being called "That fgt from the forums" pretty much the minute I join a chat by someone I don't even know also clearly shows to me that there's not really room here for the discussions we've been having.
Hopefully the MCEC 2 wont be riddled with that kind of attitude, as I thoroughly was looking forward to doing some endurance races again...

I hope you understand ComboClutch was only Joking about that. I'm not sure why you're getting emotional over some silly Banter. I'm sure when people hear silly opinions coming out of the hat, it will bring an uproar of a heated discussion. This was already occurring before you joined the chat FYI, and was just that poor timing of you getting caught up in the middle of it. I hope you understand.

This was already occurring before you joined the chat FYI, and was just that poor timing of you getting caught up in the middle of it. I hope you understand. I don't think there's anything emotional about my decision to just retire from the championship to avoid this "silly banter". I didn't find anything about what was said particularly funny though, and from what I recall there wasn't really that much of a discussion going on either. "I don't give a fk about nodo", "Off-roads are fkin retarded" and "it's that fking fgt Fachuro from the forums" was the main jist of that "discussion" I was on the receiving end of. I hope you understand that instead of staying and receiving more such "arguments", and participating in a championship where well over 20% of the participants were directing those "arguments" towards me I'd rather choose spending my time on this game doing something I enjoy, such as racing. I don't really care much for what was occuring before I joined the chat, I have no idea what was occuring before I joined the chat and based on what was occuring AFTER I joined the chat, I honestly have no particular interest in finding out what occured BEFORE, as it wouldn't in any way justify what happened AFTER I joined the chat. Using poor timing as an excuse, in my opinion, only further adds to the insult as it insinuates what happened was somehow my fault. I hope you understand how, without getting even remotely emotional about it, I find it better to then just resign from the competition and let you have your heated "discussions" for yourself, without me having to get involved. Atleast to me, it seems only logical. What is it you like to say... "Peace out!" (?)

You seem pretty Salty bro, It's all good though. I appreciate you giving a spot for someone who actually knows how to race. One does not simply retire when he hasn't even participated in an event yet. When someone complains about banning off-road tires and not allowing curb boosts, it shows a lot about the persons capabilities of "proper racing" as you would call it. You sure know how to write a lot, when it comes to the game i think you need to grab the controller and actually start playing.
I thought people wanted "Proper racing"? What happened to that..
I see too much typing and less of racing. Can't it be the other-way round please? This is just getting ridiculous.
Shaggy here signing out goodnight peace, YEAH!

I would like to say I always felt open to express my opinions on topics. I always try to stay positive in my thoughts and in the end I will adhere to whatever the higher ups or majority decides. I would just ask that everyone be allowed to be heard and their options be respected as long as they are expressed professionally. Because someone might not have the correct view on something, doesn't mean others should make fun of them. Sometimes things must be explained so we understand why we are doing them so we can learn from one another.

fachuro & gun1t123 please can you keep petty arguments off the forums. If you would like to continue your discussion please do so in a private message. I have no idea what has gone on because I wasn't in the chat and all I have read is what has been posted on here for everyone to see. All fachuro wanted to do was simply un register for the event and that is the way it should have been left. There is no need to clog up the thread with un related posts. Thanks

People, let's just move on from this silly discussion. Fachuro wants to pull out of the league, we got plenty of other hungry racers who wants to take his place. I just think it's a shame to miss out on this huge thing.

Craig said that the rules are open for discussion, so everybody can discuss about it as much as they want. But in the end craig will need to make a decision on the rules, and then people should make the decision if they want to race with those rules or not compete because they don't accept the rules. So imo, no need to withdraw until the rules are set.
(And please, we're all old enough to be respectful towards others)
