Can Slack be installed / used on the XB1 while playing GTA? We got a laptop, but wouldn't be able to use both devices at the same time.

TBH the invite 'system' that's been devised seems pretty nonsensical. Why not just invite everyone all at once, and send out regular invites until the start of the first race?
Makes much more sense and gives everyone the best chance possible of getting in. This other system seems convoluted at best...

It's not convoluted, nor nonsensical, it's quite easy to get your head around. Well that's entirely contrary to what you said in the OP. You literally say people will be invited different amounts... why? It makes no sense. It is entirely nonsensical and convoluted, because sign ups are being given different amounts of invites based on some arbitrary measure. E.g. Jetta has been there almost every week without fail, and yet is a 'part-timer' and not a 'regular'. Why? It makes no sense! It's unnecessarily complex and only leaves more room for fuck ups, of which this event has already had it's fair share... |

That's the trouble with playlist events that are too big for a single party chat though, what with timers that can't be stopped and such. |

Me and Speky have agreed that since he is now hosting the event full time, a brand new thread should be created by him. That thread should be up very shortly, so it means that this thread will soon be locked.

Also, later on today, expect a NEW thread to be made for this PL. Brocli and myself have decided that we should do that as well as scrap the signups list to allow ANY NoDo memebers to participate. Anyone not currently in the NoDo crew should make sure they join ASAP. Just make sure that you have your profile visible to everyone or friends and crews. Please make an effort to make sure that it is your active crew when joining the PL. Please feel free to ask any questions here, in a DM, on Xbox or on Slack to me or BrocliDrop. Thanks, Speky. |
