I'll skip the round with Los Santos Grand Prix. The placement is dreadful in a few key places and pretty random throughout. Some obvious posts are not protected against collision or 'jitter'. It creates a lot of debris. Augury Circuit by igg07 (PSN: ggamer) is a good city course built for supercars. It's outstanding with Turismo R. Not a totally smooth track and there is an artificial chicane which I think could be removed. But it's very good for a loop using roads near Los Santos Customs and has exemplary placement of props and CPs throughout most of its 3.37 miles. It currently has no pit lane. I've sent him a message asking to set that up. I have a version of the Interlagos f1 track. It uses the roads a little to the East and was improved with a lot of feedback from igg07. I've just added a pit lane for your consideration. EDIT: Happy to see That Highway Flow - Easy will feature. Would you consider using my remake of your original version to acknowledge the help I gave to make your 'easy' version? EDIT2: Here are my earlier track suggestions if anyone is interested.

BenMillard if you still think you were right you really need to open your eyes.... you had a horrible race, made so many mistakes, and trashed your car. I had a flawless race apart from 3 minor mistakes, and you still managed to easily beat me I was hoping for a clean start and measured pace with late rain, same as the Seoul sedans round. igg07 and I won that round in GT4. Front drive for the win. Circumstances were less favourable this time! My poor non-spoiler Blista wasn't wrecked by mistakes. It was wrecked by debris falling late or teleporting back onto the track. The cars ahead might not have hit most of it on their screens - GTA tracks cars inaccurately when they are further away. Not far enough away for these lights to respawn or despawn. By lap 3 I had damage on all corners. Had the same handling as your shopping trolley. The vague handling meant I was running to the edge of the track. Still 0.5m clear of the kerbs but at least 3 CPs don't cover the outside racing lane. Really poor placement, the visible part should be on the line instead of requiring drivers to aim for a random amount of invisible space that doesn't even join up to a visible limit. Even my fastest lap was half a second off the target lap for GT3. Another target lap by Chuck Norris! My team mate only got under it by 0.1s on one lap. Playing at a friends house with no practise on their TV made it hard to spot reference points. I kept clipping posts through the middle of the race. Damn my movers, arrived 1.5 hours late. If I had some time with this screen before the race it would have made that middle phase a lot smoother. By the end, I got my eye in and was used to the wobbly feel of a trashed Blista. Ran a fairly clean final quarter. Gained some places. Distanced my team mate. Finished where you'd expect GT3 but I was 20 seconds off the car ahead and a minute+ away from the leaders. Sigh, what could have been... Still, proud to get a close 3rd in the team championship. Even with a half absent team mate, we were the only pair to get a 1-2 victory. And we did it twice. Brady the Issi drivers started 10 seconds early, at 9:30 instead of 9:40. So they should get 10 seconds added to their total times. Dunno if that changes any places but it's the principle. I was close to passing an Issi early on. With the correct start time I would have been ahead. There would be less posts in the road and no frustration from chasing an unfair advantage. EDIT: Please write up the award winners and surely I should get biggest complainer?

Just a note to everyone and all reserves participating in this final round. There will be no pit lane and or respawn due to GTA Mode still not being fixed for Compacts. Which means have your car ready and to all reserves, you MUST buy and mod the car. This class is rather cheap so only one or two hiests are nessasary to buy a car. ETA 7:15pm.

Hooray!
Have shuffled my calendar reminders to the new dates.
EDIT: As we have 3 weeks before the first round, can we require each team to use both vehicles please? Using cars we wouldn't naturally chose is the whole point! Each team can decide who will drive which car, based on preference and performance.

It's possible that igg07 will be taking part after all. We use the Blista in this round. Team colour is the crew colour of Kifflom Blue Crew.

Brady and igg07 I am moving home again this Friday or Saturday. My new place might not have Internet on day 1. So I have arranged to set everything up at my friend's place, if necessary. #tryhard

igg07 100% scrub team-mate confirmed. No-show, win, DC, win, DC, no-show. mrred16pl you've discovered how to out-perform the class system now. I hope this also shows AjAxel10 what is possible within the format - the driver makes the difference, not the gaps.

A while back I upgraded my PS3 to use an SSD and it was a good upgrade if you have the cash. PSN Text Chat opens in 5-10 seconds during sky camera, instead of 1-2 minutes. As for Gran Turismo loading times...what loading times? You only have to wait the minimum time for animated track name. Then it's all there, with AI cars going around it. Did the same upgrade to my 2010 laptop. I won't really need a new laptop for like 2 more years now. The keyboard will disintegrate before performance becomes a problem. (I don't game on it.) KoBo_043 is a hosting hand-over possible while the original host cannot be contacted? Anyone have a phone number, Facebook or Twitter for him in case lildyl214 isn't able to log into the forum at school/work/whatever?

Tuner wheels includes Rally Master which is surely what Sultan and Kuruma would often have? Tuners who go for rally replica builds of the tarmac spec WRC versions. High-End wheels look absurd with the paper-thin tyre wall. Sports are only a little better. Oh well...hopefully I won't get sideways enough to see my own wheels.

You can check the NoDo PS3 snapmatics to see event photos. But all random stuff by crew members will push our photos down fairly soon.

I loved the Pigalle. I still love the Pigalle. I let her down in this race. igg07 went off at one of the first sweepers, just East of the rehab mansion. I decided to drive ultra cautious for the early laps. With no pit lane I thought avoiding damage would prove key in the battles I would have later in the race, being GT2. On lap 9 I let myself push on a bit. Had a great first half of the lap but nearly wrecked in the 2nd half. It shook my confidence and I made 2 more big mistakes. Braked on the grass into the downhill hairpin and went straight on! Managed to turn back onto the road and drive up the bank without damage but so much time lost. Oh I nearly rolled it on lap 9! No damage but again, can't accelerate. Just 5 light kisses on the railings in 1 hour. But 5 huge errors is what decided my race. Wish I had practised this week. Am moving home again next week and working on a series of Dakar races, so didn't make time for it. Lesson learned! I was in traffic for a long time on a couple of occasions. As predicted, the long edge-to-edge single line sections mean you just have to wait. Especially with no pit lane to repair any damage. The finishing gaps were less than 10s between each car in the top places, so they seemed spot on. Brady A big well done to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place! Held a better pace and avoided too much damage. With igg07 disconnecting and me under-performing the class by 1 place, quite a bad day at the office for our team. Very enjoyable challenge. SnapmaticsBehind the scenes in the pre-event car meet: To those who disapproved of my Pigalle wheels and windows...it's a snow setup! It has an alpine ski rack!

3 seconds might be reasonable on RON Raceway. But on this track you could be stuck behind a much, much slower car for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Scaling the lap time difference, that would only be 5 seconds behind + 3 seconds once there is space to battle. But if they are off the racing line to defend, easily 10 seconds lost behind + 3 seconds once there is space. I think it's a bit funny you only question the gap calculations now you will be driving the lower 3 GT classes. Surely it would be unfair to change the system now?

As stated originally and repeatedly, the idea is everyone finishes in GT order if the fastest GTs have a perfect race. GT1 has to overtake the entire field. This is for position so they will encounter 8-9 cars which are allowed to defend. Although I like rain the Stinger will be even more OP if it does rain. It has Zion traction. At least we won't have unlapping but there will be a lot of merging through that central uphill section. Please join the PSN Text Chat. Brady EDIT: Pigalle takes 6 minutes flat in the rain, for me. Maybe I do want rain after all. The lower GTs will be down the side of a cliff and easier to pass.
