Hello, so this week there is no playlist on Friday. I am sure someone will host up something. Before that, I would like to point to my event on Saturday -- nodo.freeforums.net/thread/7498/choze-tha-jester-ratha-spots -- there are three slots available. Monday PLs now will operate on some equation to be cooked up soon to optimize number of races and their lengths depending on number of participants. Generally more people there are, longer the races will get. I am excited about automating some part of process for PL generation. Also there has been some talk of including maybe a noncontact race. I always liked the idea of having one in PL, we will see what people think about this. I can sort of sense the reaction but we will still see. |

Good racing past few nights! Some questionable stunt races after...
I've added a poll concerning the leader-board to the main thread if you could take a second to look at it, or if you have other ideas to expand on it (rewards, changes, anything) let me know here or in private. Poll results will be hidden until Sunday, so you won't be influenced by seeing the swing of the voting.

I like keeping the leaderboard, I find it very fun to look at. As for improvements I can't think of any.

Next two Monday playlists:
July 25: I had picked tracks for SCE1/2/3 + 9F/Jester event that I couldn't use. Not that they were bad, but they had to be dropped to make room for other events, or were saved for certain events but I couldn't fit them in afterwards. It will be collection of those tracks. And first race is non-contact.
August 1: As you know August 2 may be the end of an era for the original creator and tracks that had to live with it. There are some tracks that will definitely change. It will be collection of tracks from those two categories: tracks that will probably be helped by redesign, or tracks that probably would be too old for the next generation. These include tracks that wouldn't be considered event tracks, so don't expect best tracks ever.

I'd like to include some new-creator tracks in tomorrow's playlist, but I won't have time to update my own or scour for other's tracks, so if you update one of your own tracks or see an old favorite get updated, post it here or PM it to me and I can include it tomorrow. Thanks!
