First day in the crew, and he joins my lobby. Ah well, feels good to lose to superior talent.

Because you can become a better driver by not using it. Unless you're racing neck and neck with Doodle or Twilicane you can improve by not using this trick when others are. And if everyone else is using it and it's as effective as you all seem to think it is, you'll learn to be faster in corners to keep up with them. When it's time for an endurance race, guess who will be the better driver? The better driver using better tactics... You have no point. This is the same logic bad players in cod use when they pick a garbage guns and bitch about people using good guns. Use every advantage you have an improve your skills around that and you will get closer to your max potential. Waiting until you are in a race with Twi isnt smart at all bc pressing perfectly straight forward isnt as simple as it sounds. Just like pulling out a beast gun in any shooter isnt a guaranteed victory, far from it actually. Practice makes permanence, practice using these methods and eventually it will be second nature. Or be a hipster and eventually start losing to people who werent as good as you before I dont really care. I was just trying to help people but you saying not using it makes you a better racer isnt true at all. If I hit the same lines as you or even a slightly worse line I will be faster than you. If you dont want to use it bc its annoying fine but dont make stuff up like you will be a better racer without it. That literally doesnt make any sense whatsoever.superior lines+superior knowledge/ tactics=better overall racer. L. O. L. eat a snickers man.

Is it just me or is the super boost worth only about 1-2 tenths over the regular boost start?

Broughy1322 It may only be worth a little bit on the time sheets, but it can give you valuable track position, especially if there is a bit of a straight before the first corner. I personally don't use it because I like to observe and adjust accordingly going into the first turn (even more so when racing randoms).

You go from tenth to first with room to spare if you hit it perfect and no one else is doing it. If you racing all the NoDos who know how to do it now you arent going to see a huge difference

I'll use regular boost start and you use the better version (both without the pushing forward - that can be the crew's secret). Just to get some footage on how it actually affects the start of a race between two cars.

Although this boost from the start doesn't do much, it certainly helps. Are you guys noticing that the better way to take turns is working at all? Sometimes I feel like i'm going faster and sometimes it feels like nothing's happening.

Are you going to make a video about these two tips? I guess I could do. I don't like it when people don't have a level playing field so I guess it's kind of a duty to let everyone know about it haha. On the other hand - die hard crew member secrets. Hard to choose what to do. My vote is that you at least mention it at some point. Isn't that one of the main reasons you did your testing series? So you could enlighten people who cared to listen on things they may not have known? I mean it is not like every single chraddom (chrome+adder+random) is all of a sudden going to start beating us if you discuss these OP Jedi racing techniques in a video.

So pushing forward and the uber boost thing seem legit then, I will sure use these when racing!

Trowa why apologize? You're 100% correct about what you said, and I can't comprehend why someone who values racing greatly would disagree with you. The edge for comptetivness is always changing, and those who don't want to adapt get left in the dust.
