My first encounter with NoDo ppl was when I played on Broughys Youtube subscriber lobby. That was back before the scrub hit 10k subs. Man that guy has come a long way in one year. Anyways can't remember how it went really, most likely I finished midpack. Had a blast though.

Great track btw lol

This is 2 parts for me. When I first decided to give serious racing a go, I had to join NoDo 2. Before I even began racing people, I practiced north loop and did a 530, and thought that's pretty good. I hosted some north loop races and quickly learned how far off I was (demonic puffy toyed with me). Then I studied the lines and times on you tube by shaggy and got a little better each week. When I got into main NoDo crew, the first thing I did was host a north loop and a couple races joined. One of which was......RB Driftin! I ended up winning even though I was so nervous! Soon after I ran into doubles and we battle on a couple tracks. I worked so hard on staying ahead but he never seemed to make a mistake and I wasn't used to that. We had a great battle on the north loop, on the second lap, I had victory in hand when I slightly choked and he pulled ahead a pulled away. I've always regretted that choke! My first event was the futo event hosted by Andy, which I quickly learned how much I needed to improve as I was so off the pace because I had just practiced by myself. To be fair I was going against subaru, doodle, zenzi, and double and I was just starting out. Huge wake up call!

If I remember correctly, it was a long time ago, it was with a silly Canadian ( strikeslip), and we had a blast. It's been amazing since the start. Racing with The Bad Loser always had a special feeling, like when you climbed the rope in gym class.

Well for me , it's somewhat different, ( probably down to natural pace but to get the story rolling ) it was a rally cross event hosted by cloudmcshort , before the event I was nervous af. In qualifiers I got in by 1 point, and during final I managed to hold 2nd from Duchartre until I choked ( like a beginner noob ) on the last corner of the last lap and as a last ditch effort tried to curb boost on the bridge, ( bad idea ) and crashed into the ammunition ( by Fort Zancudo ). But brought home a podium spot in my first event and now I look back and I be calling myself a noob

I'm terrible with names but it was a couple of NoDo members racing Rodeo Loop and Cutting Coroners over and over and over and over (I get practicing but I eventually just have to quit... ;) ) and over and over. This was the first memorable exposure to the Crew that I had, a short while into my GTA Racing "career". I was abysmal in comparison to them but my time alongside the two NoDos showed me just what this crew is about, which is of course a professional approach to what is usually a frustrating and violent endeavor (Public Lobbies). Racing with The Bad Loser always had a special feeling, like when you climbed the rope in gym class. Interesting analogy, I'm curious to try this now for myself...

I'm so bummed we're on different platforms! Would love to crash into a barrier together.

Did one or two races against single NODO players, but my first big NODO racing experience was when I managed to get in during a stream and T-boned Broughy out of contention with a Surfer.

Surfer is underrated and an incredible vehicle with much racing potential if it wasn't this OP in the vans class.

My first NoDo event was katenhond2010 's Vandurance 3! I had much fun and I'd definitely sign up for #4

My first ever race against NoDo members was a PS3 hotlapping session on Cutting Coroners half a year ago. I was like ''I got my Entity, I know the track, should go well''. I started first and somehow held up the other six guys on the first and second corner. They then passed me and continued their way doing times around 52 seconds or so. After ten laps, most of them had lapped me once and I stated that those people are in another world, skill-wise. I got a dnf by the way...
My first personal objective after that was not to get dnf's anymore. But as R.O.N. Raceway, which was raced by the majority of people out there when it just came out, is a pretty long track, I just collected more and more dnf's... Now I manage to win some rare races, but most of the time end in the midpack.
I'm curious how well I'll compete against you guys on PS4 though :-)
