I've only done a couple, don't even have an apartment to host them because frankly I can get everything they offer by joining others' lobbies.

terrabyte i totally understand your concerns. we first wanted to make the 'warning' spreadsheet non-public, and then talk to people as soon as they reach their 'limit'. even when i'm typing this, it sounds way too agressive imo. what i want to point out though, is that you shouldn't take the spreadsheet as serious either. its just a little review of your day in the playlist. you probably dont remember every little incident after racing for 2 hours. the warnings are only for the day, and the whole thing gets a reset every week. there are new people almost every day (and we're extremely happy about it), but you have to consider that this is an open crew, and many of the new players never heard about any of our rules & guidelines; never visited our forums. and it can get very frustrating if people take you out over and over again, and they keep going like nothing ever happened, just because they dont know better. that's why it sometimes can be hard to keep everyone 'safe'. the spreadsheet was the first step into that direction, but we're definitely working on further improvement. please dont take it personally, it is not our intention to pick on people. No, I dont take it personally and I understand your concern. Its not really about the spreadsheet, its about other people. It can really frustrated when a "new guy" takes you out, can cause a wreck and anything else. But It can happen, mistakes and accidents happen in racing. Its just difficult to talk to the people when you hear you name, want to explain it but nobody listen to you or dont care - because you're "the new guy", some dont care if you're new and expect you to get right into the competitive straight racing but how I said, for me its a whole new "level".

People shouldn't expect a certain level of skill by new players (EDIT: by anyone, really). Everyone is welcome. If you feel that someone keeps blaming you for not being good enough or keep taking you out because of lack of patience (not performing his overtake properly and with respect), then go talk to a commissioner. Hi guys, some of you may know me from the shoutbox or PS3. Some of you may also that i'm getting a new PC.
I was just wondering about the size of the NoDo PC community, Is it worth getting GTA again (In a community point of view) or is the NoDo GTA side on PC dead?

Everyone seems to think that, but I can't go into a random lobby on PC and not find a NoDo member who i recognize from the forum. So i think that says it, PC community is quite big and still growing at a fast rate. Also, dim, (sorry, but) MASTER TROLL COMING TO PC SOON??? CONFIRMED LEAKED INFORMATION! LIKE, FAV, SUBSCRIBE!

I honestly don't think it matters which you get, but you might find the steam version cheaper if you look on sites that regularly have offers on such as greenmangaming etc.

The NoDo PC community is far from dead! It's actually just rising, the game has only been out for a few months here. Have a look at the first PC events, they all popped up in the last two weeks or so!

I don't agree with not listening or caring because you're new... From my own perspective I did break too early one time and made redlaserbm spin, which I didn't see initially... When I heard that I did so I stopped and waited. Reaction from BigG was very much positive (it should start at 13:04)

Also, is it better to get the Steam or R* version? The versions aren't that different, because steam does only launch the GTA5 Launcher. Steam have better download servers, so for downloading the game, patches and dlcs the steam version should be better. But with the steam version you can't play gta online without steam. I recommend the retail version because it is cheaper but that could depend on the country where you live.
