I apologise to Lupaciađź’• for the collision in the second race, but I let you by in the corner after that. Well I had to as there was an incident, but wasn't sure about slowing down right at the beginning. I look forward to the next round. Quality footage driftin!... Have you always raced using the right analog or is this something you are trying out? I only say this because you seem to do much better without it, for example lap 4 on popular circuit, you didn't use it much yet I thought it was one of your strongest laps.

Watching you guys on my track revealed a lot of little shortcuts and unintended holes in barricades. I'll be sure to fix some of those soon.

Oh shit guys, I pulled an axdsilva. I fell asleep an hour before the event and stayed that way straight through the races. My bad. Ah ha ha... So my name's a thing now?

I've never really thought about it but watching the video I think you may be right, haha! I actually tried a few more laps on the same circuit in the same car and my best lap was almost 4 seconds quicker than the best I managed during the race! No right analogue stick camera movements. In general I feel like I've improved vastly from the first event and I'm applying what I've learned from racing with great drivers.

I've filled the gaps left of the lamp post that smitveedub aka inFamous_Smithy and Shred_Ninja took at 12:41, the gap between the tire line the the street pole smitveedub aka inFamous_Smithy took at 18:36, and made the second corner on the track much more visible in hopes that people will stop crashing there.

I've updated the OP with the championship standings after the first two rounds. Seems like the usual suspects are at the top already I'm annoyed I couldn't make it (got home pretty much 10 minutes after you guys would have finished) but it looked like good fun. Can I ask how everybody felt about the length of the races? Did it seem too long? Too short? Just right? I personally think 10 minutes is a good length but after racing you guys may have a different opinion. I will definitely be at the next two rounds, so hopefully I can get some solid points on the board and start climbing that championship. Thanks again MrMister for hosting for me, it's greatly appreciated and thanks to @driftin for recording. It's like I was there the whole time!

Make the races one lap shorter because in both races double overtook me in the last lap , but jokes aside the length is just fine but maybe 3-4 races every weekend would be better because I felt like it was over kinda quickly.

A lot of people use them...but they cause a lot of problems with poles being hit and left on the track. I think you should try and block them if possible

I think the one at 18:36 should be removed but the one at 12:41 I like to use personally but it's quite a risky line so that compensates for the time you gain but removing it should be fine aswell.

I think you should try and block them if possible In my mind, what really caused trouble is people darting across the road coming out of that first shortcut. As you can see in the video, shred tried his luck there and caused a pileup. It could've paid off, but in the end the risk was too high.

As you can see in the video, shred tried his luck there and caused a pileup. It could've paid off, but in the end the risk was too high. That's one of my biggest annoyances in this game to be honest. What I call "hotlap lines" should not be used (or be able to be used) in a race in my opinion. They cause way too much hassle and distort the results, but that's just how I feel about hotlapping in general and not wanting it to overlap with racing. That's why I spend as much time as possible testing my tracks to try to make sure there are no "hotlap lines". Everyones opinion differs. If there is a route that is quicker round a track I will take it, but only if I know 100% that I can make it through clean and it won't affect me or anyone near me. Edit: If hotlap lines are on a track then it is impossible to stop everyone from using them. The only way to stop it causing an issue is by not having them in the first place. The limited number of props really doesn't help this at all and we can only do the best with the 50 props we've got.
