Why I'm salty about the whole reserve thing? Long story short: I was waiting until it is official somebody needs a reserver, and because I was waiting I came last. If this is the way for getting in as a reserver, I'm claiming the next, not even rumored missed race/fell out. As I already did.
(If you want to hear my whole oppinion, just ask) (btw you don't want to hear it)
I understand the decisions, and I accept them, but I feel like the system is just unfair if you are following the protocol.

The story of what I know:
Pezby texted me during the Monaco Race said he will drop-out and I will get his spot. Then he announced his drop-out and he is being replaced by me after the race.
However, after a day, Ovivo sent me a private message and told me fab.ICEMAN returning and he would like to give ICEMAN the spot and keep me as a reserve driver. Also, he promised if there is another full time spot opening up I will get it and told me to keep it secret till he announce it. So I am still a reserve.
Until yesterday, novesori announceed that he will quit F1 for this year. So Ovivo asked me to join in with Auguary Insurance for the remainder of the season, also asking for other reserve driver for MCaesar. Benimi said he is up for the task and BIGGamer said he have talked with serviinutiles about taking the Auguary Insurance spot as well. So I asked Ovivo me or BIGGamer are going to get the spot and he replied me that I will be joining Buckingham Racing and replace Mcaesar.
I understand that people may not satisfy the decisions that Ovivo letting me get the spot. I feel sorry to everyone if my join bothering you and making someone unhappy.

I'm not sure why or how you get to jump ahead of all the other reserves. You signed as a reserve on March 3rd. I signed up on December 12th. As did most other reserves.
The reserve system is broken.

I thought C_Hong would have been a good fit for my position based on having seen him race multiple times in the welcome playlist and doing well in the special F1 event with the welcome playlist racers. I honestly thought he would have been competitive and challenging for a high finish. As stated by others.. I was team boss along with Vixtro,, and as i knew Vixtro wouldnt mind who stepped up,, i offered the position to C_Hong. I thought it was up to drivers to find replacements if they couldnt make a race.. Quoted from opening post-- "If you are not able to attend and organise a reserve driver "Sounds to me that its up to the drivers to find replacements, which i did. 2016 Grotti F1 - Team-Controversy - FINAL StatementAlright guys, I want to thank everybody for the open and constructive criticism/discussion held over the last couple of pages. It shows that people care about the event and want to make it better. I will now post the final decisions for the upcoming race. There will be no ongoing discussion about the choice of drivers after this post. Everybody has to accept the decisions made. If you feel the urgent need to clarify anything further sent me a private message. Do NOT post in this thread regarding that topic anymore OR I have to take further actions that will not be in favor of yourself or your team. Thank you for your understanding. Let me clarify the crucial points about this issue:1. Participants making personal decisions official by posting in this thread instead of sending me a private message- This behavior is fatal for any organiser like myself. I have no chance to give some insights to the person making the decision if they do not contact me prior to announcing it. No offence to @pezby (he has quoted his opinion and I understand his point) but by announcing that C_Hong is taking his spot he put me under immense pressure. First I had to accept that a long time member leaves the event with no time at all to find a solution for it. Secondly it forces me to acknowledge C_Hong to be a fulltime driver from that point on, completely passing over the other reserver drivers who might be eligable to join.
2. Participants assuming posts by drivers to be an official statement
- Let me make this clear from now on. Unless I make an official statement regarding replacements for fulltime drivers there is nothing decided. This has been an invite only event from the beginning. You are free to choose what teammate you want to have as your first choice, but if I do not accept him as your teammate you should not give him the go. Hosting an event like this is very difficult. As I mentioned I try to make everybody happy, which is a task that is almost inevitable doomed to failure.
3. No clear system for reserve drivers
- This is my fault I should have better communicated this. The reserves list is not a first-come-first-serve. Standing in the upper position on the list doesn´t mean you are getting to reserve. It is just a list of reserve drivers to give orientation to the fulltime drivers in need of a reserve to see who is available. Then the driver can choose a reserve out of the available ones. If the driver wants to have a specific reserve he is free to pick him over others even if they came posted first. Why is that the case you might ask? This is the case because I want the drivers to pick the, in their eyes, best reserve for their skill. I wouldn´t want arken to be replaced by the slowest reserve just because he is first on the list. That wouldn´t make sense and make the reserve system useless. It might sound harsh but that is the case. It is honorable that for example Benimi has practiced for the events. But this does not mean he will get to be the reserve driver of choice for the driver being replaced. There is no garantuee. Thats why you are a reserve driver. You might drive but it is not promised.
4. Hate!
- I know that not everybody in this crew has the same life experience or temper to deal with difficult situations. I am really hurt by some of the posts in this thread. I find myself to be way to naive to believe that we can have a sophisticated discussion without accusing other people of something. My goal for this event is to create an environment where everybody feels acknowledged and respected as a part of this great event. I write posts in which I try to include everybody to show that they are important for the success of this championship. Then hearing to be a dictator OR not paying attention to the needs of reserve drivers OR trying to influence the results to put myself into a better standing on the championship table OR being accused of not being neutral on decisions regarding incidents (even though I enforced a new marshall system) is really tough and unfair. When making such post you should always think about how you would feel when you read such a message about yourself!
5. Unlucky cause of events + bad communication
- This situation was just to much to deal with for one person only. Everything was fine before saturday morning. I was on a trip to the ocean with my family and getting ready for MCEC. After coming back and making the post about the reserve for MCaesar and @novesori hell broke loose because people decided to take actions into their hands without letting me know. After that I just tried to make a quick fix which just made it worse. So yes I did make a mistake by not letting others know what my plans are, but same goes for the other people involved into this (see 1st quote about making official statements without confirmation)
6. Big Ego´s
- Some post really show how selfish some people are. They don´t care for the event they just care about themselves and their own opinion. They write stuff into this thread which disgusts me on a level that is not even funny. I want to say this: It is a privilege to be in this event. You can call yourself lucky to have the chance to experience such high quality championship with an enormous amount of organisation and passion which has not been matched so far. I don´t know if you have realised but we generate a huge bunch of attention in the forum, youtube and twitch for such a small youtube that I am. There is quite some pressure on my shoulders to keep this event running smoothly. Maybe some people remember how the PS4 F1 Season 2 ended which was organised by GUNIT123. I will not let this happen to my event. The event is more important than a single driver. I will not let this event break apart just because somebody thinks he is more important that the whole. The amount of moaning and disrespectful posts is astonishing. You should be very careful with what you are saying. I will not hesitate to kick people from this championship if I get the feeling that they are trying to undermine my authority. Don´t mistaken my loyalty and respectful handling of situations with weakness!
Okay that is what I have to say about this topic. Writing a post for about 1 hour to such a simple problem is quite annoying but I felt the urgent need to get this out and give you some insights on how I feel about this. Everybody should read the text and think about what has happend and how they reacted to it. Sure, there are always diffrent opinions and that is right and I accept them, but what has happend over the last couple of pages was a bit over the top.

On a driver number, I would like to claim number #47.
On another note, because of circumstances surrounding my schedule I will need to qualify my car tomorrow. Will anyone be online prior to the start of tomorrow's daily pl so I may post a time (with a party of at least 2 drivers as required)?
