PIT STOPS REPORT!!11!!!!11 MA GAWDEveryone done their pits Some people did extra pits because they choke too much, they are Prutoog with 5 pits Tony with 5 pits Bezerka with 5 pits nick420guy with 4 pits First pit was made from I think benimi First 3 pit stops done were from friendlybaron last pit and last 3 pit stops done were both achvieved by metoxys There was one slight crash in the pits made by Prutoog, he somehow almost went up the wall himself. 5 pits were made in pitstops during safety car, those people were Tony, Lawson, Tspoon, Gaveroin and MAYBE biggamerer (he was right at the pit exit after safety car was called) As for fab. ICEMAN , I had a strange feeling that you have already done 3 pits but for some reason I have not written it down. Problem is lots of people were driving white cars, so I might have seen 2 people but accidently counted only one I do believe you, but so people don't think there are shenanigans going on, post your video anyway. I really enjoyed that race, nice battles everywhere. Also GG to my teammate metoxys , we've done really well! And thanks to Gaveroid for the apology, appreciate that. I believe you that you haven't see me coming on the left, but when this happens next time, pls take your pit in the next lap xD |

Thanks to everyone who showed up! I need to tally results up first so commissioners please don't move this event to completed just yet, results should be posted in less than 48 hours from now. PM me Prutoog and FriendlyBaron for any incidents you want investigated, we already are investigating at least one incident at the moment. |

Thanks for the fun, that was some great racing, amazed we had such a clean start. We're already looking towards the next oval event being with the 'old' top supers after the creator update.

I'm so sad that I had the second best lap time but still came in last.... ='( I started figuring out the track about...... 75% into the event so it was a bit too late I suppose =P Still had a surprising amount of fun, though hesitant about signing up for future iterations because all them left turns really messed me up at some point  |

EVENT RESULTS Following the conclusion of the race, race control took the following actions: 1. The finishing positions of metoxys and FriendlyBaron were swapped following the investigation of this last-lap incident. (NOTE: Baron did not have input on the final decision of this investigation. There are two links above, you can see the accident from both drivers' perspective.) Individual and team results are given below:  *There may be errors. Reply if you catch any and I will fix them. Congrats to myself, Benimi , and fab. ICEMAN for finishing on the podium, and congrats to benimi and Grumples_Plox (grimreaper977) for claiming the team championship! Some other comments on the event: 1. Props to you guys and girls for making this race considerably cleaner than the previous oval races! We went nearly the first half of the race without a safety car and ended the race running 25+ consecutive green flag laps. To put things in perspective, the nature of the last couple of oval races suggested this race should've had about 5-6 safety car periods instead of just two. 2. I'm really happy with how the racing turned out during this event. Some drivers went high, some went low, there were cutbacks, slidejobs, wallrides ( imfishy ), and some three-wide racing as well. The racing up front was competitive, Benimi , fab. ICEMAN , and Grumples_Plox (grimreaper977) kept me honest by making sure I couldn't run away with it. Pit strategy came into play too and make the race even more interesting; I was able to dart into pit road to take my third pit right before the second safety car was deployed! 3. We're starting to get the hang of how to run these events, there were a couple of minor miscues, but they were nothing crazy. Me, Prutoog , and FriendlyBaron will talk about how we can improve things for next time, no solid timetable on when the next oval race is coming around, but we are gonna take just a little break for now, the events section is crowded with other stuff atm. 4. Weird/interesting facts: - Gaveroid 's last-lap car exit is the second instance in four oval races of participants "accidentally" ejecting themselves from their cars. - Benimi was gridded second to last and finished second in the race. - Tonyborbony finished 16th (second to last amongst all participants who started) but hit the second fastest lap of the race. -Despite close racing up front all day, the final pass for the lead was made on lap 13! 5. Other stats: -Margin of victory: 4.843 seconds -Number of cars on the lead lap: 4 -Fastest lap of the race: 44.183 ( redlaserbm ) -5 drivers ran a best lap within 101% of the fastest lap of the race -11 drivers ran a best lap within 102% of the fastest lap of the race -Number of safety car periods: 2 -Longest green flag run: 33+ laps Tagging participants: Prutoog , Grumples_Plox (grimreaper977) , Benimi , st0cking , Ganjalo , Tonyborbony , Bezerka3 , Nick420Guy , Lawson40 , FriendlyBaron , Tspoon , EDDI2142 , wishofghost1 , imfishy , fab.
