I dont get why people hate on zenvoh for leaving a couple off hours before? It was not like he was trying to be a douche and leave as late as possible, he posted as soon as he had made up his mind. It is very off-putting and discouraging to event hosts to have an event arranged and people sign up for that event and promise their presence only for that promise to be rescinded just hours before. Actually, it's off-putting to participants who do keep their promise as well when they show up and see half the people they're excited to race against aren't even there. In extreme cases you get scenarios like season 2 of my very own event where the event host is scrambling to find people to fill half of a grid--and not everyone is willing to fill a seat last-minute! Well if he doesnt want to race and dont enjoy the event why stay in it? If I were hosting an event and a participant didnt enjoy it I would have nothing against that person leaving even if it's just hours before the race start. Why force someone to race when they dont enjoy it? But thats just my opinion C:

As discussed during the race me & Bezerka3 are joining as a team we will run the Turismo R as Augury Insurance Augury sure has a lot of disposable income to keep buying new fleets of race cars. Your insurance money has to go somewhere!

Just saying know one has had a go at any else for not wanting to race in any NoDo events. I play GTA to have fun and race cleanly with friends. And I wasn't having fun in SAGTC. Which means I don't want to force myself to race in something which I don't enjoy. Like seriously, why do people care so much. It has nothing to do with you guys so just move on ffs.

Week 5 in Review The second half of the 7th SAGTC season is officially underway with the conclusion of this week’s racing. If they were any indicator as to what the remainder of the season holds in store, then fans should be excited for what could be a very close finale. Street courses offer some of the most demanding racing for drivers in every series. Their unconventional turns and rough finishes challenge drivers’ expectations, often pushing them and their vehicles to their respective limits. Hill Ary’s Clinton is no exception to this formula with long straights, hard braking zones, and off camber turns. Progen’s lead driver Superstepa narrowly secured the top podium position in what turned out to be one of the season’s shortest races. The veteran driver continues his quest for a driver’s title with six straight podium finishes. Esquz of GoPostal secured a strong second place finish with Grimreaper of Augury rounding out the podium. Its mere mention is enough to evoke a response from even the most seasoned of drivers; Monza. A classic design and inclination for speed help this track defy modernization attempts. With hard braking zones and little in the way of runoff, drivers must be at their very best on every lap to ensure a safe finish, let alone one that results in points. Pride Brew Crew lead driver Obihoernchen skillfully drove his way to victory only relegating first for the occasional pit stop. The veteran driver had the second highest points total for the weekend, reminding the field that he still has ambitions for the driver’s title. Progen’s Superstepa placed second with Esquz of GoPostal landing third. For the seventh consecutive season, Fly US is proud to partner with Crowex as the official airline of the San Andreas Grand Touring Championship. Don’t miss another race this season, contact your local ticketing agent for more information. For the unparalleled SAGTC experience be sure to ask about the Crowex upgrade. Sit back, relax, and shut up--- FlyUS Scoreboard---

Signing up for events is saying you will commit to showing up and doing your best. People who consistently miss/drop from events are given warnings and then restrictions to what events they can signup for. It's rude to the host and other drivers to leave and miss. It doesnt really matter why you leave when its under your control, its a break of the commitment.

What you say would likely not be under your control - and that's why its only like 4+ times do I actually bother anyone about this, then it's a pattern where you are consistently missing even if each instance isn't "your fault". (And bother as in tell them it's happening, ask what's wrong?, what can you do to not have it happen in the future?, I don't just say REEE STOP MISSING EVENTS).

To be honest, if you said REEEE STOP MISSING EVENTS it'd be amazing.
And for what it's worth - I don't want people to race if they aren't enjoying it. The history of trying to accomodate cloud with his choices in um, season 3 maybe? - should be proof of that. So, @zenvohh, I think the point here is not that you quit; it's how you did it. You did not decide this 2hrs before the race, and therefore instead of showing respect to other racers and to me you just dumped your retirement here and walked away, indifferent.
That kind of disrespect will cause issues for you in future - just as a general observation, if you treat people shabbily they will remember it, and reciprocate.

Well if i don't want to race due to me not enjoying the game and the event, then I'm not going to waste my time joining. I don't understand why other people got involved, which made it worse than what is was. I'm sorry for leaving the way I did and good luck for the rest of the season.

Sorry key and endersai but im dropping out off the event. Im mainly dropping out because i dont really enjoy the races and havent been able to find the motivation to practice for this event the last 3 weeks. I want to wish all the participants left in the event good luck for the remaining off the season.

You guys are taking this way too seriously. Is winning all you care about so much that if you don't have the time to practice you think it's worthless? I haven't practiced for this tournament for the whole season, in fact only finding out which race it is when we load the lobby.
Of course it shows in my results, but I still have fun in the race itself. There's so many people you can race throughout the pack, it's been good for me so far.

Im not leaving because i dont win lol. Im leaving because i dont enjoy the event and want to have more time for cotm and tepcott since Im enjoying those events really much. And i do have time to practice but i see no point in practicing for an event that i dont enjoy. So stop being salty about me and zenvoh leaving.
