Tell that to Nick Tandy & Patrick Pilet. Anyone who gets that reference deserves a cookie. Lots of them. You mean the racing drivers for Porsche in the WEC? Not quite. They won Petit Le Mans this year in a GT car, beating all the Prototypes.

I know i am a little late but sign me up as a reserve on PS4 if any spaces left. I enjoyed the 2nd season being a reserve for round 1 and then getting a drive from round 3 until the end.
If a GT4 and GT5 championship is run then i will happily join that.
I can make sure i am online for the start of each main event so if a last minute replacement is needed i will be available.
And even if i dont get a chance in this years championship, i am still looking forward to the event and watching the stream. Cant wait.

I'm adding my thoughts to the debate, as well as a biiiit of constructive criticism - There are so many cars that would make the championship fun and interesting that I won't suggest any in particular. But I'd like to mention that the Surge and the Dilettante turned out to be quite boring and most people would prefer other options if possible. I know this is especially difficult in the compacts though. Also, Surge wasn't helped by having to race on the NL while CCGP + LSGP did help mitigate that Dilettante effect. - About the track selection: I was expecting none of Broughy's tracks to be missing from the event, which is great. I was also expecting a couple of the future BV-verified tracks to feature as well. It's a shame it's not the case but the decision is understandable and we still get RONR which didn't exist last year. Thanks for thinking of those who cannot put a lot of practice!! - As for the track/class distribution, all tracks are really fun regardless of which classes run on each track. The only exception could _possibly_ be the NL, which has been used for sports + sedans the past two seasons. Sports work very well there but sedans feel not fast enough for that track. Most of them can go flat out 99% of the track and it's a class that probably prefers tighter tracks like LSGP or OGP, thus allowing NL to host a different and faster class. - And last but also important: how are breaks going to be placed in the schedule? Last season we had more breaks than expected (4?) and they turned out to be great for me, I probably could not have made it to all races if we had had a tighter schedule. Having a week off every 2-3 races helped me conciliate game time with other real life Sunday routines (family time mainly). This will be very important in my decision of choosing between signing up for the main event, for the GT4-GT5 side event or just asking to be a reserve. Thanks for reading, awaiting further news now!

Okay so personally i feel like there are some obvious choices for certain tracks/cars and some that could mix things up. BC24Hr - Muscle and Sports Classics. Speaks for itself really, muscle racing is brilliant on BC24hr especially the dominator, provides a really nice setting for those classic american muscle cars. Sports Classics, the showdown event a few weeks ago ran really well and it would work very nicely on BC24 with multiclass format. R.O.N - Super and Coupes Supers for me is the obvious choice, as fachuro said everyone is familiar with it in supers from hotlapping it to death and with the showdown earlier this year. While Coupes i think could also work, youve ran a few coupe races on RON in a stream and they always seem to be entertaining. LSGP - Compacts and Sedans For me fairly obvious, the slowest and tightest track in the championship should be used for the cars with low top speed and high traction. OGP - SUV and Vans Difficult for me to give a reason, but from all of katenhond2010's vandurance events the most succesful have been on city tracks. While SUV's on OGP was a succesful race last year so why not repeat it. NL - Sports and Off Road Sports, for racing reasons and sentimental reasons, was the first MCER you hosted Sports on NL, so its only right for it to return there for season 3. Off Road, difficult reasoning but would be a nice change from season 2 plus having those cars battle in the hills of north loop could be interesting. I'd say Offroads and Sports Classics could be switched but i like it the way it is

I would personally like to see some different cars for this MCEC, with acceptations for certain vehicles. Obviously in the past year there has been a whole lot of new cars that have been released. Some like the T20 which are arguably top of there class, compared to the Nightshade which can be said as being a car for style and looks, not one for winning races. I wouldn't give any opinion of what cars to race, as I am happy with being told what I am racing, giving it a few practice laps and setting up for the full endurance. Though honestly, in a perfect world I would want to be in the same competing class as you Broughy1322. Of course if I am chosen in the 27 racers.

Greetings!
I would like to sign up for this championship on Xbox One platform.
Of course, I would like to be registered as a permanent driver on the starting grid, but unfortunately, I'm aware that I'm very late to this & that the event is already overbooked on Xbox One platform. And because of that, I would be very thankful if I could be registered as a reserve or a substitute driver.
My Xbox Live gamertag - Victor Mani.
Happy holidays!
Note: I'm a mute player. I don't have a mic and for some reason I can't hear anyone else in GTA Online altogether unless I'm in the party chat. But, saying that I assure you that I'm sensible and have common sense, so hopefully communication won't be a problem.

Personally I'm happy with the track selections. Makes it easier for me. Classes for circuits I'll be happy with whatever and cars for those classes I'll be happy with anything. I'll be happy as long as I get in lol.

Sooo this are all of my suggestions. As you will see I like cars with a theme. I don't really see a reason to gather a bunch of random cars in a car class, when the posibility is there to get for example classic vintage muscle cars together, or cool offroads racers instead of a rusty offroad VW Beetle and a Merryweather Jeep. Also I think not allowing spoilers on specific cars can result in better car combinations. The sports classics showdown with the Stirling was the perfect exemple. That turned out perfectly. Sports Classics GT1 Pigalle / Z-type / Stirling GT GT2 Mamba GT3 Stinger GT This pretty much explains itself. BC24+SC is just a wonderfull combination. I think the sports classics class on BC24 is a must, regardless of what cars. I don't care much about the GT1 car but I think avoiding the Stirling GT would be a cool thing to do. The Stirling is boring + it has issues lapping since both GT's absolutely overhaul the Stirling with top speed. Off-road BC24H GT1 Brawler GT2 Bifta GT3 Kalahari/ Bodhi Despite the fact that the Bifta's quicker in Broughy's testing it's being overhauled in BC24h by the Brawler. Difference with the Bifta is not huge, however I think it's important to have cars what are actually worth keeping and have the "racing" feel. Both the Bifta and Brawler have that and would be very cool to see in a competative enviroment. For the GT3 car I don't have any clue. As long it's not as boring and ridiculously looking as the MW Mesa. Super North Loop GT1 Pegassi Osiris GT2 Pegassi Zentorno (no spoiler) GT3 Pegassi Vacca Like I mentioned not allowing spoilers on certain cars would be a cool option to get more viarity. This Pegassi only race would be perfect on the North Loop. Out of all the tracks the NL is the pest for quickly paced cars IMO. SUV's North Loop GT1 Baller LE GT2 Baller (regular)(new) GT3 Baller (old) A Baller only race. Like I mentioned, I love themed cars selection like this. I know the Baller LE and Baller are close in performance but that might be the key to make this race very interesting ( like the coupe race on OGP S2). In my experience Races on the NL can be quite boring when people spread out and there is nobody to race with. Because of all the hills and fast corners SUV's and the NL would be a very interesting combination. Vans LSGP GT1 Moonbeam Gang Burrito GT2 Youga GT3 Minivan Yes I shouted out loud when I saw that you were implementing vans in the third season of the MCEC. Now I have organised pretty much every single GT combination (there are not many) with vans possible and I can say this: Surfers in GT3 are awesome. They just are incredable to race with. Every player can get his but inside a Surfer and have loads of fun. However.. Surfers cause issues lapping (PERFECT EXAMPLE) . And I don't think everyone experienced intense Surfer racing before. Quite frankly people could not take it serious and because of that I think the Minivan would be the perfect alternative. With that being said, if Surfers are actually being chosen I'll warship Broughy and paint all my Taxi's Broughy orange. For GT2 the Youga's a MUST (it has been in 3 out of the 4 vandurances). There is no car other car what fits in the GT2 gap (when not picking the Surfer, because with the Surfer walking would be a perfect GT2 too). Besides that the Youga has very cool racing modifications and drives really nice. For GT1 the Gang Burrito would be perfect. The Bison's possible as well but it easily rolls and doesn't has that much of an advantage over the Youga. For slower paced cars (like vans) city tracks with not a lot of straights are perfect. That's why I recommend LSGP. Compacts LSGP GT1 Rhapsody GT2 Panto (no spoiler) GT3 Prairie There are not a lot of options for compacts. And I don't think anyone would ever want to drive the Dilletante again so that's one option less. Removing the Spoiler of the Panto would be perfect. It'll create a car with the pace what perfectly fits between a Rhapsody and Prairie. I don't think I have to explain why compacts should be on LSGP. IDC that it was thesame last season, it's just the only track what works. Muscle Olympic GP GT1 Coquette BlackFin GT2 Phoenix GT3 Tampa I think it's cool to have cars what have thesame kind of themed cars. Because of that all of the chosen muscle cars are classics. We've ahd enough races with modern Dominators. Olympic seems pretty suitable for these three muscles, however I don't exactly know why. Every track would work in these cars. Sedans Olympic GP GT1 Schafter GT2 Warrener GT3 Glendale "Sedans are boring!" maybe. Many cars are expensive, boring, stupid or a hearse. The Glendale and Warrener sure are NOT boring. They are amazing and worth racing. Giving this round rain might be an option but we'll see. I think a Warrener and Glendale in the MCEC should be a think. Those cars are awesome. sport RON Raceway GT1 Bravado Verliere GT2 Grotti Carbonizarre (no spoiler) GT3 Schryster Fussilade RON raceway is a wheird track. Wheird in therms of car pace. Because of that I would be carefull with chosing cars. I think this combination should work. I think the Fussilade and Verliere should be picked. The Fussilade is cheap and awesome. The Verliere might be expensive but it's sure worth the price because it's probarbly one of the most interesting cars in the sports car class. Coupes RON Raceway GT1 Exemplar GT2 Sentinal XS GT3 Windsor Grippy cars on RON raceway mostly work. So that's why I recommend the class with probarbly the most of grippy cars and pick the most powerfull cars. With.. well.. Not that much grip. The Sentinal sure should be picked and so should the Exemplar. The PC MCEC defenitely showed how cool the Exemplar on RON raceway is.

As Jamie said, I couldn't care less what cars we were driving on each track, all I care about is being in the 27 drivers that get picked for the championship
