Okay so a slight change to Coupes - the slow car will now be the F620. Mainly because the sentinel XS isn't slow enough haha. All cars choices are now confirmed except sports, where the schwartzer may end up being replaced by another car (likely cheaper too). I've yet to figure that one out but there's plenty of time before that. So yeah, all cars now confirmed in the first post apart from the schwartzer. They've actually changed a fair bit since I first put up the post. Also just waiting on two 360 teams and three PS3 teams now to contact me with team choices. DISLIKE! Just, no! Why? The Sentinel is such a lovely car. Who cares it ain't slow enough? We all want to drive it! More than the boring, unmodifiable F620. And don't you dare replace the Schwarzer. I'm really looking forward to racing my own. And it can be found in freeroam, so the price ain't that big of an issue. Please? I see an update to the thread and I think "Great. I hope Broughy has some good new info for us." And this is what I get? Shoot me now! |

I thought the sentinel was slower than the f620? The Sentinel is. The Sentinel XS isn't. In the description for your fastest coupes video it says there is no performance difference between them.I wish I'd bought the xs version instead of the regular version. |

Interesting, considering your Coupes video has the F620 higher than the Sentinel. Why the change? Because of a different test track? Have you noticed a difference between the two Sentinels? Or is upgrades having a different proportional impact on individual cars? |

My guess is some of the body mods (roll cage, bumpers) are affecting weight, inertia, body roll, suspension rebound and damper force, etc. Of note, the Sentinel's also have the best in class Clutch multipliers, ie the best stock transmission. But I agree, I always knew there had to be a difference in the two, why else give them separate names. Not every car with hardtop/convertible in the game is given a separate name. (Rapid GT, for example) But most are. I'm starting to wonder if there's a difference between the Zions now too, (the hardtop Zion is badged XS), and if there is a real weight difference between the 9Fs beyond what we perceive. |
