(PC) Broughcar - The Federal 404 (COMPLETE)

Kids I'll be steering the ship so to speak for this event now. Not gonna lie I've spent less than 5 hours on the game total in about the past two weeks but I have no choice but to get back into it now with the event on my hands. Sorry for the thread being messy guys, I ain't really in a position to clean it up but it will get cleaned up soon.

Because of a recent bug with GTA mode, this race will likely have to be run in standard mode. The track is already accommodated for such an event, but I am concerned not enough participants will be able to afford the car. I will run a poll to check to see if this an issue, if I decide it is, I will change the car (and race distance so that the race length is still about 40 minutes) and possibly push the event back one week to allow for practice time. I'm gonna need responses on the poll ASAP so this all goes smoothly.

Assuming we end up sticking with the 900R, the event will continue to go on as planned but with the following changes:
-The race distance will be shortened to 60 laps
-The qualifying procedure will be shortened. We will run a two-lap non-contact race prior to the actual race for qualifying. Everyone goes at the start, the fastest laps set the grid (this effectively gives everyone one shot at a fast time).

I am making these changes to ensure everyone gets in and out in 75 minutes as has been the goal for the past couple of Broughcar events, the last one dragged out for quite a while and I'd hate for that to happen again.

Safety car driver is a higher priority on my list than a pit watcher, .fiyah if no one else steps for safety car can I get you in the role on race day?

jeffreyb1990 I'm looking into the next one of these being on a Friday. I can't flesh out details yet because I have this event to run but I'm gonna fix up something which I'm hopeful can be run about three weeks after the end of this one.

before voting, i would like to ask what the alternative cars would be ?

Voted, I can't and won't buy the 900R for this so I really hope the Dominator or Gauntlet are used as I already have both. redlaserbm if you end up sticking with the 900R I can do safety car duties.
