How about nothing is banned and the skill gap remains? Lol No, your logic is flawed it makes my mind shrink. how, if everyone uses the same thing, the skill gap will remain. If nothing is banned and the racing stays clean, people will still fin the best lines and the best racers will still win. I dont understand how offroad tires can really enable a poor racer to be that much better than a good one if they both are using the exact same thing. A goof racer should still beat a poor racer no matter what they use. Nothing should be banned. End of story.

That SKILL Limit is CAPPED due to off-road tires. They prevent all natural over-steer due to instant GRIP. Which in turn REDUCES the skill gap for proper racing. Now if everyone had off-road tires on, racing would turn into the game controlling your car where all you have to do is just brake... Now what's the point in that? Where is the skill in that?

Ok, so...
Tyres: 1. Race events or crew battles, I can see why you might eliminate off-road tyres. But, those would be the only restrictions during these two scenarios.
2. Tyre type has NOTHING to do with a class of vehicle. It's an individual car thing. You'll find by default that some cars, regardless off class might have one category of wheel type. Some of the premium branded coupes may have high-end tyres. Some may have sport. Some of the lower class sports may have tuner wheels although it's a sports class. I have almost two garages of cars and all but two have high-end tyres.
3. Tyre advantages was narrowed down to tyre wall size.
Curb Boosting: 1. Unless race event or crew battle, let it go.
2. For race events or crew battles, do not ban it unless we're going to find tracks that eliminate it. So, if in those events there's a track that does not stop the boosting, then that fault is on the organizers.
Car Banning:
1. Unless race event or crew battle WITH participating racers advanced notice, let it go. I say this because, unless someone has adequate notice to get money and learn the dynamics of the allowed cars, do not ban.

Not sure follow the logic here. OR tyres and curb boosts are just tools to make you go faster. A better driver is going to use those tools better than a lesser driver. And has anyone tested wether or not tyre types affect traction other than when going over curbs and bumps? Doesn't feel like it does to me.

so then racing becomes more competitive makin it more enjoyable because it allows for closer battles. Im also on two different Forza forums and everyone has the same regulations for the cars that they use. Someone has o test the cars before the series begins so that the times are about equal. This makes the racing more ebjoyable because the battles are a lot closer than they would have been. The same thing applies to gta. The closer everyone is in the field. The more fun it is. The skill gap may not be as big, but it still remains. It also allows slower people to really enjoy the racing. I dont understand how banning offroad tires will make it more enjoyable for EVERYONE when not EVERYONE is absolutely incredible. It allows for more enjoyment. As or curb boosts, just block off some of the curbs with barriers in content creator. Simple as pie. If someone likes curbs, let them leave them. If not, block them off. More enjoyment or everyone. Im not telling u how to run your crew shaggy, though, just giving my thoughts for a more enjoyable experience for everyone. Maybe ban offroa for cars like zentormo but allow for turismo/entity? Make the cars more competitive.

We've tested off-roads against High-ends with Supercars, you'll find that there is no over-steer with off-road tires whatsoever, therefore skill-gap is capped. Even having to control your car through these bumps require proper throttle control to optimize speed carry. All of this "paying attention" just gets negated due to off-road tires making it face-roll where you don't pay attention to fk all.

I don't get enjoyment out of it when some people have advantage over others. Racing on equal terms is more down to individual skill than car performance which is how I think racing should be.

Or if you want a challenge, use an underpowered car. I dont think u understand that u dont have to limit yourself. S better driver id still going to win if he uses the advantage over a poor driver using the advantage.

If I use an underpowered car against the people I race with I wouldn't stand a chance. No matter how good I would be I wouldn't be able to win.

If a person wants to race one way, let them do it. Dont restrict them. Itll drive them away from the community. I personally dont like curb boosts, but i still do it because its fast. I dont care how i race, but that i enjoy it. If im enjoyin myself when i race, i dont care how anybody else races. Just do you rather than restrict others. If you want pure clean racing, then create an event and ban the stuff for the event. Make a track restricting lines. Idc what you do, just have fun.

Oh well, I see that we are two completely different persons so there's no point arguing more with you. I hope to see you lot on pCARS for some proper racing though.
